the place is much more than you probably expect. make sure to read about it before visiting. there are plenty of signs with explanations, but you will miss out on the history that is so deep and so interesting. read some things from Uzi Avner...More

It’s a pretty spot to visit if traveling in Eilat. The park is about 30 min outside of Eilat and you drive from place to place. Very convenient especially in hot months.

The new presentation, toilets and gift and drink stand are great and attractive The geology geomorphology, colors ,shapes, archaeology and the silence of the desert are a great experience

Yes you'll. The most popular souvenir is timna park coloured sand filled in small glass bottles. They are for free.

Do not try. It does not make sense in the heat of the desert. There are other places in Israel for cycling ... This is not really the place to go
