If you are on a bus tour you'll get about 10 minutes at the photo stop. As all the other reviews say, this street deserves much more time. If you have time for a wander of an hour or two, take the time to do it. The views are so beautiful. The residential area and parks on the southwest side of the street are also very nice.

Most people stop at the top of the Bahai Gardens, get out of their car/bus, take a few pictures and then leave. Let them!!! We spent a few hours SLOWLY wondering down the street. Stopping often looking at the views which are breath taking. Many of the building on the street have clear signs about the architecture and their history. this is NOT for everyone. This is for those who really want a deeper sense of Haifa and its people. If you want a quick taste and look to say you have been to Haifa, do NOT do this. If you want to explore and really get to know the city - this is a must.

This is very much a street that requires a slow meander so you can take in the gorgeous views of the city and the port. It runs along the entrance to the Bahai Gardens and the slopes of Mount Carmel, and has plenty of promenade space and seating for you to merely sit and gaze over the beauty of the region.

This a street that is worthy of a slow walk as you have wonderful views of all of haifa facing the port and the coast up t o the lebanon border. You can see the hills of Lebanon and the hermon and the Western Galilee. You also can view the upper part of the Bahai gardens and enter from this street.

Seemingly a backstreety of central Carmel Haifa but in reality - THE place to go for scenic views of downtown and the bay. A must do for any visitor.

This is a must visit. You get great views of Haifa. Also good views of the gardens looking down towards the German Colony. I spent some time there talking great photosensitive just looking towards the sea.

We arrive the gardens at 13.00 noon. The church was closed, we could go around a very short way of the garden. Pity.
