Very happening area. Visit start from Haifa lock tower. Old Mkt is good but no exciting stuff available. Ocean view is very good & specially in d night when light glow it looks very beautiful. Evening time is best to visit.

The Galilee is enchanting,peaceful and beautiful. You might consider just going to Galilee. Have you considered the art city of Sfad (closed on Friday).This is a lovely part of Israel...ENJOY!
