The place is clean and well maintained. Located between the mountains with great view and clear air. Feel like going back in time. many things to see and to feel. have great historical value. Note that the rooms are very very basic equipped !.... in that matter the price might be too high for what you get.

This church is built atop historic remains from Aelia Capitolina. You can see the extension of the Ecce Homo arch inside the church through a glass window and the pavement of Hadrian's Forum underneath. Also a good place to visit on a hot day.

We attended sunrise Easter Sunday mass on the rooftop of Ecce Homo. It was most wonderful, with awesome views of Temple Mound and the Old City intermixed with the sounds of church bells and Muslim calls to prayer. Rooftop views are better than those of the Austrian Hospice. One can clearly see the topology of the Old City and how... More

Experience Via Dolorosa as you visit this ancient temple. The architecture will bring tears to your eyes as you think about where Jesus walked.

The convent has a guest house with basic rooms. They offer a continental breakfast for guests as well. Great location for Pilgrams right on the Via Dolorosa. The basement is an archaeological site with important excavations from the 2nd century C.E. including part of the Strution pool.

We did not stay but went to the roof for a great view of the city and the Dome of the Rock. Friendly staff and a great site for photos. There is a cafeteria and you can get a room in a great location.

As part of a group of 12 Quakers we spent 3 beautiful days here. Not only had they rooms to stay in but some really ancient parts of Jerusalem underneath the old building. Very friendly, and good food.

I recently stayed at this hostel for the second time in 5 years. It is a great place to stay in the old city. The view of the dome of the rock and of the old city from the room is unbeatable. The staff is very professional and organized. The breakfast is good and provides healthy alternatives although no eggs.... More
