Built in a lavish Baroque style, this beautiful synagogue’s interior belonged to a 1719 synagogue in Conegliano Veneto, Italy, which was removed and transported to Jerusalem in its entirety after the Holocaust.

If you can find the time, don’t miss this 500 year old synagogue recreated with the original in every detail. The museum is small, but fascinating. Loved this.

The Italian synagogue is located in the heart of Jerusalem nearly our hotel, built1885 very beautiful building from outside but we have been there on Saturday that mean every place was closed

I went on a tour of this synagogue as part of a learn and tour course. I am so happy we went to visit this amazing place - great way to learn history and see restored Judaica.

Italian Synagogue is great visit since you see different and beautiful synagogue. The synagogue brought completely from Italy and you see the pictures from Italy and can compare to what you see.

We visited this beautiful building and enjoyed the ancient architecture and the amazing decoration . So much history and art . You don't have to be a Jew to enjoy and learn the history , heritage and the cultural influences that created this unique atmosphere.

They have services there on Saturday (Shabbat) morning. I don't know for sure but it is advisable that you visit there some other day.
