The JBG is beautifully designed but poorly maintained. Cracked pavements and unkempt flower beds are not typical of the best botanical gardens. Why should they be here? The enchanting design of this garden deserves better. Is it for lack of funding? Insufficient volunteer commitment? Time...More

Amazing walk, great views and different attractions for kids along the way. Much more than what i expected. We even saw a small jackal while walking and we were confirmed that they actually live in this area.

It's OK- that's the best that I can say. It is not a tourist site for me, and I don't see why it should be on the tourist map for our international visitors. However, my visitors wanted to go here. However, it's really intended for...More

First, I would like to notice that I've been there four years ago with one 1.5-year old boy, and that was fun. Now (1) We could not pass to an entry via the construction side, and walked around more than 20 minutes. Road signs on...More

Food like salads were really great! Done Israeli style with lots of herbs and spices! The pastas were great also. The servings were huge! Great place to eat and go around the garden. Can be full at lunch time.

Although it was rather too hot we had a really enjoyable time in the gardens. My sister was in a wheelchair and we took turns pushing her up the hills. I wouldn't recommend wheelchair users doing this unless they can walk the few steps if...More

This Botanical garden is amazing for two main reasons. First, for the preservation of many, many native plants that would have been unnoticed or extinct. Second, for the introduction into Israel of many, many, plants from all over the world.
