Minuses - there is little to no shade varying on different areas of the botanical park, and during a hot summer day the gardens seem half dead. There are many walk paths but little to no sitting places, drinking water, shade from sun or rain. The park seems unkept and half wild in an unbecoming way, toilettes are run down,... More

We love the botanical gardens, we come every year to enjoy the beauty. Last time they had a special arts festival with activities for kids, and a year before, a cherry bloom festival with many different activities for kids in contex with Japan. This August we are planning a night visit (next week) to enjoy the special event planned. If... More

Wonderful garden. Great atmosphere and children's event. Worth the visit. If you are into botanical gardens, this one is very well planned and informative. Not everything is accessible due to construction, but you don't feel that you're missing anything because of it L.

A great way to spend a day with young children. The Discovery Trail comprises four areas: water, land, trees and roots. The activities in the first two areas were excellent - interactive and varied, and kept kids engaged. We did not manage the find the last two areas. There is no signage so it is easy to miss or take... More

If you want to spend a couple of hours in a calmed place, visit the Botanical Gardens, enjoy the paths, the fountains, the trees and flowers, the birds and butterflies. If you go with children, you have the train that will take you around and they will enjoy the playgrounds, you can even have a picnic or sit at the... More

In the middle of the city this literal breath of fresh air, highlights the importance of plants growing throughout the world and the possibilities of their growth in Israel, including native and foreign plant introductions. Of special interest is the beauty and attractiveness of the entrance.

The gardens are lovely but lacking any signage to provide basic information about what is growing. Paths are good for those with mobility issues. Nice place to go for walk in the city, in nature.
