fascinating architecture, a nice place to get a bite

A very interesting building. We like to sit out on the veranda of the restaurant for something light to each.

The building is beautiful and close to the old city. If you arrive by car there is free parking available closeby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were attended to by Hassan, who was very polite and made us feel at home. We also used the gym and swimming pool, which is nice in the morning before going... More

We stayed here for 4 nights as a base to see Jerusalem. We arrived in a rental car and so delighted that there was free parking. The room was pretty dated, but clean. We had two single beds which worked for us. In the room was a kettle, tea, small fridge, large bathroom and two windows facing out to the... More

YMCA is really Jerusalem's best kept secret. Such a great place to see and visit! Good for a day pass for swimmers, for lunch or photo opportunity from the top of its famous tower. Remarkable historical building.

The rental car person suggested the Y for lunch where we had a very good sandwich and salad. Good choice. They also have a tower where you can pay to take the elevator up and get a view of the city form all 4 directions.

If you have time and would like to spend some time knowing more about the modern jerusalem during the 1930/40s then you have to visit this place. From the highest point of the tower you can have a perfect view overlooking the old city but also other different parts. The interior of the place is also magnificent with walls and... More

If you enjoy swimming as exercise then come to this historic pool built in 1926. Do be sure to review the times and days for swim times because not all time slots are available for all genders. The pool water is warm and it is only 20 meters (about 23 yards). It is walking distance from the hotel district and... More

Arrival to the YMCA is awe inspiring. The building and grounds are spectacular. The rooms are clean and well maintained as the primary income for the property is sponsored by the room revenue. The location is key - about 10 minutes walk to the Mamilla mall and the old city and to the main streets for shopping and restaurants -... More

The Jerusalem Y is a beautiful and historic setting for a great meal at the restaurant. Solid and good food, pleasant staff and just an amazing ambiance. Location is great as it's close to the old city and very central

We had dinner with some friends and business meeting there. Had a chance to walk around the Lobby, and see the inside, which is gorgeous. The food was middle eastern and authentic. Good portions and tasty. The background music was a bit loud.
