The Royal Camel Farm is actually easy to find, it's gate opens directly onto the Janabiyah Hwy, the first road north from the King Fahd Causeway to Saudi Arabia. The path for visitors was really clean and the crew focus on safety from the animal. I really enjoy my first visit there

It was really interesting and exiting to be surrounded by hundreds of camels. It took about 30 min to walk around farm. It's free of charge.

I brought my parents here when they came to visit me. There are definitely a lot of camels here, but as you move in closer you see that they are tied up, and lack free movement. Visitors are not supposed to feed the camels, although there was a pile of leafy greens calling out to many. There are separate areas... More

This is essentially a camel-breeding farm started by a member of the royal family to preserve the species. At least 600 of the animals live here and will not end up racing or as food on a table. So many camels...in all positions, some sleeping, others eating, loved this farm. A good place to visit with children.

This is towards the southern governate we enjoyed the drive Its a private road and you need permission to visit Unless you have tickets for the race Its an equestrian centre and very well looked after

The camels were tied up with ropes around there feed. That is not so nice to see. It would be nicer if they could walk free. It was not clear why they were kept there. Did not see anything which would say for milk because it seemed all males. Was it for meat? It would be nicer if it was... More

No doubt this was an intersting experirence....Saw many camels and my neice was very impressed as there were around 500+ camels ..Good place to spend for around 3 to 4 hours...Baby camels are very cute to see.... I recommend families to visit here while on your holidays as your kids will be vey much impressed to watch all these fun...
