Apart from the awesome structure and the beautiful interiors what we found most amazing was the sign outside (photo attached) that "people of all faiths are welcome". This is the kind of religious acceptance that the world needs today. Kudos!!

I had visited this mosque during an open house on Eid celebration with family of your children. It was worth of our time as the whole family enjoy all the attraction available during open house. My 6 years old son enjoyed the toys he got for free. My daughter enjoyed the heyna paint on her hand. We got all of... More

Nice mosque. But not overwhelmingly wow. Compared to others we have visited. It's a good introduction for someone that has never seen or experienced something similar.

I traveled here in the first week that I was in Bahrain. It is an absolutely beautiful mosque! It is open to the public, and well worth the visit. If you don't have an abaya, they can loan you one.

It is a lovely building that is very detailed. I was in awe when I was there. I've visited around 5 PM when the sun was about to set, so I was able to see the mosque in the daylight and I was able to see it lit up night. I would recommend going around that time.

Very big and peaceful worshipping mosque. Located in a vibrent area near many resturants and hotels. Offers a guided tour around the mosque as it has an attached cultural centre where you can learn all about Islam and the Mosque. Dedicated visiting time for turists. Very spacious and impresive interiors. A landmark must-visit in Bahrain.

This was my first time in a mosque and I enjoyed every minute of it. Our tour guide was very informative and open to all questions. Women must be covered by wearing an abaya and headscarf. If you do not have one, one will be lent to you at no charge. You return it after your tour. The tour consists... More

You just have to make a stop at the beautiful mosque. Learn about the religion, see the architecture up close.
