The lower floor is more interesting as it's more about Iran/Persia the upper floor is more about stone age etc. Which you can see in many museums. Funny was that the clerk who is selling the entrance tickets was away so the let us visit...More

One of the first places I visited in Iran and it proved to be a wonderful introduction to Iranian history and the sites seen later in Persepolis etc.

Ancient museums has interesting pre historic artifacts with good explanations. Also artifacts from Persepolis which one must see.
