I was a customer of Aishti for many years as I was living outside Lebanon, so didn't have the opportunity to ask for help after sales.
Since I moved home, I had more problem dealing with them . The staff is horrible despite 1 or 2 nice I can find in some department store .
The quality of their products changed a lot... and the after sales services are the worse ever ....After I had wear my shoes for only one time the heels were broken, they stayed in their repair department for 4 months then I received back more damaged and they are not admitting it !!!!!....
It's Aishti world : take it as is or leave it ....
Sorry Aishti but your Costomer services are the worse I ever seen...
I do not recommend this shopping place 👎👎👎👎👊

this is the second time I have a bad experience at this "luxurious" shop and thus have to write a review..
below is the story, sent to the management at aishti
Less than 1 year ago, I bought Colors of California espadrilles from your dora shop. 2 days later, the sole started completely detaching. After around 1 month and endless complaints, I finally got a confirmation to exchange although the initial reaction from your team was to glue the sole back (with Altico I assume).
around 1.5 months ago, I bought tatoosh sandals from your outlet in jal el dib. I wore them for around 15-20 times. I am an office employee spending most of my day behind a laptop with random bathroom visits. Thus, most of my shoes stay almost new. While walking on the street last week, the sandal just ripped (photo attached).
logically, knowing that the sandals have been recently bought, I took them back to the outlet and showed them to the shop manager, who started rolling her eyes and telling me she cant do anything about it and telling me that the shoes have been worn out and told me to take them to a shoe repair center. Of course my toes are marked on the shoes! I wear them without socks and feet do sweat in summer! but she was really shocked apparently to see it although I explained that I indeed wore them for at least 15 times.
Had the shoes been worn for the whole summer, I would not complain, but I have shoes from Nepal for 5$ more durable than what I am getting from your shops and the most annoying thing is the horrible after sales policies you've got where you have completely no understanding on how annoying it is to buy an item from your shop and have it ripped, detached after wearing it for less than 1 season, without having ran a marathon in it.
I would like to give you 3 important advice:
1- fix your in-shop customer service policies and replace the human robots with well trained managers
2- if the cheaper brands you offer like Colors of California or Tatoosh are manufactured for 1$ in China, then stop importing them and spare the customer the disappointment
3- the shop manager told me that knowing that it is an outlet, nothing can be done. this is not a cheap outlet!!!!! we are still paying big amounts at the discounted store! had I bought the sandals for 20$, I would throw it away and not look back but this in not the case!! so either, drop the prices even further or be fair and exchange when needed!!!
from my side, this was my last shoe purchase from your shops. Other retailers offer cheaper prices, better quality and excellent in-shop service in case anything goes wrong, so why bother.

People is a boutique store with the best clothes and homewear in town. Luxury stuff.on the roof the cafe, which is possibly the best restaurant in town concerning the cuisine and products. Great service, very friendly, cool place. You cannot miss shopping and lunch there!

I would say the only weakness is that the place is not top of mind but surely being on roof top on a nice day makes the dining experience even more enjoyable food presentation can use some improvement but the taste is fantastic must try
