Excellent museum. One should must visit. Excellent collection by a single person, absolutely stunning. I have not seen so many varieties in a single museum like this.

About 40 minutes outside of Doha, this museum is the personal collection of Sheikh Faisal and a must see. Many carpets, costumes, ceramics and furniture from ancient times to quite recently. We had an excellent guide from the museum and this definitely enhanced our visit....More

Hi, It's closed, air-conditioned museum, so no issue at all. There are not many thinks to see outside the museum. Just check the timings on their website
