- Simona BGenoa, Italy10,091 contributionsA beautiful 360° view of Abu DhabiLocated on the 74th floor of one of the Ethiad Towers, it is the highest panoramic point in Abu Dhabi and offers a beautiful 360° view of the city skyline and the Persian Gulf at a height of 300 metres. The Observatory opens at 12, inside there is a cafeteria where you can eat something while enjoying the splendid view, the choice is not very varied, mainly salads and sandwiches, but very good dishes and excellent service, extremely friendly staff. The most beautiful view of the Abu Dhabi skyline.Visited August 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 27 March 2024
- stevebintleyBedford, United Kingdom9,163 contributionsGreat views of the whole cityIf you’re a fan of viewing cities from above then his is the spot to come in Abu Dhabi. The 360 degree views offer the perfect opportunity to get your bearings of the city and most of the major landmarks are clearly visible. It’s a little weird at first since the viewing area also doubles as a restaurant, so you have to be careful not to interrupt people’s meals when taking photos, but fortunately it was’t overly busy during our visit. Great spot for the views alone though and I’d recommend for anyone’s first visit to the city.Visited January 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 1 April 2024
- Martijn vApeldoorn, The Netherlands7 contributionsTop view for a delicious drink! It was a super beautiful view, a wonderful place to eat and drink. Of course it is a bit more expensive than elsewhere, but it is nice to eat your meal with a view over the whole of Abu Dabhi! I thought the prices were reasonable for what I got in return.Visited May 2024Travelled soloWritten 10 May 2024
- machinmadYaxley, United Kingdom2,681 contributionsFab views across the city ...This lovely restaurant sits at the top of the middle (of 3) tower and affords a 360 degree panoramic view Abu Dhabi. Whilst you are given a table for your refreshments during your visit, you can walk round the whole floor and enjoy all the different views out to sea and inland. The marvel is ... most of what you see wasn’t there 40yrs ago. The tea and cake are nice enough, but nothing special. The experience is all about the view.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 30 May 2024
- TomDerby, United Kingdom73 contributionsWorth a visit but wouldn’t rush to go back.We took our boys aged 4 and 8 to Observation Deck 300 for a slice of cake and a drink. The views are great, the drink and cake was good. We booked through Tiqets, at almost £50 for 2 adults and 2 children, I probably wouldn’t rush to go back but worth a visit while in Abu Dhabi and have a couple of hours to burn. Hotel security took care of our parking ticket, only a small gesture but certainly appreciated.Visited May 2024Travelled with familyWritten 1 June 2024
- LaMa163Leichlingen, Germany471 contributionsGreat view. Worth it!During our day tour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, the observation deck was our first stop. We had a great panoramic view over Abu Dhabi and could enjoy the view of the 7 star Hotel Emirtaes Palace and the Presidential Palace. The visit was worth it! Even if the windows could nal be cleaned again.Visited July 2024Travelled with familyWritten 24 July 2024
- Nicola O9 contributionsFabulous viewsExcellent experience and fabulous views. Lift to the 74th floor very quick. Visited for our 20th wedding anniversary. Had fizz, beer and a lovely tasting baguette, I only wish it had been presented better on the plate as it didn't look very appetising when it arrived.Visited August 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 31 August 2024
- Sanka1 🇱🇰🇬🇧Bicester, United Kingdom6,312 contributionsAmazing views of Abu DhabiWe had a great visit to observation deck at 300 yesterday. The views on offer are great on a clear day and you can see many attractions across the city from the Presidential palace, Royal palace and to the shopping malls. Entry cost 90AED and it includes a 50AED drinks voucher valid at the cafe at the observation deck. There was a long wait to go up as there was only a single elevator to the deck. We had some coolers along with ice cream which was covered by the voucher. Highly recommended!Visited October 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 14 October 2024
- Myo MCoquitlam, Canada27,501 contributionsNicely all-around (with also the "open sea")After having been able to see just a pretty-limited view of the sea from the Corniche (really a nice area of "beach & boulevard" combo but was just somewhat disappointed due to some "natural barrier" of like an island not far away blocking the sea view), it was with "quite a bit of pleasure" I would say to see the great wide-open water (which yes is that of the Persian Gulf to the west & south of the city) from the level 74 at 300 meters in the Tower 2 of this tower-complex with about five of them in total, and yes what was better to see a wide-open sea was also seeing three of the city's "great structures" (namely Rixos Marina Hotel, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel & Qasr Al Watan which I had actually visited just the day before) with the sea in the background, and also nicely impressive is really a "quite lengthy" skyline of the city in about the directions to the east & north. And just a bit of an inconvenience I would say was having to go around some of the seating arrangements of the "top cafe" so as to be able to stand beside the glass windows for those great views (including some nice straight-down views in addition to those to distances). And yes, also quite glad with the visit here was getting some nice postcards from the souvenir shop at the bottom (right beside the elevator to the top and which I stopped by after coming back down). On the day starting with the visit to Qasr Al Hosn (the "old palace" with some great displays to learn about the city's past & its development in just a "relatively short timeline" of like less than a hundred years), it was an enjoyable "leisure walk" for about 1.5 hours along the Corniche (with like the first half along the beach then the second half along the boulevard) from the vicinity of that palace to the base area the tower complex (and followed by a "little uphill" way to the bottom of this observation-deck tower).Visited January 2024Travelled soloWritten 22 October 2024
- josefr531149 contributionsGreat view, highly recommendedGreat views of the city, but especially great is the view from above of the Emirates Palace Hotel, the Rixos and the Government Palace. Were there at 2:00, no queues. Taxi to Conrad Hotel in the Emirates Towers, 2 minutes waiting for the lift and give it up. AED 100 paid for 2 people, without consumption.Visited November 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 1 November 2024

We went for sunset and arrived around 45 minutes before. We were lucky to get a table, as there was only one left (in the whole place, not just on the "good" side for the sunset view) so I can see why others mention people sitting on the floor as it was not overly busy. We were able to get into the lift straight away on both occasions. There are some good views around the marina and Corniche area, and it didn't feel like a "tourist attraction" in the same way as other viewing platforms. That said, there is a need for some extra tables and/or limit the numbers/give people a time limit at the table. Some guests had clearly been there for hours in the "prime" spots waiting for sunset but it did not look like they'd purchased anything beyond the "included" drinks.
As has been mentioned, you pay 90 AED for each adult which gives you a 50 AED spend. Our 5 year old entered for free. We spent a little more and had some cakes, ice cream and mocktails. Then as we were about to leave, they came out with another complimentary cake (exactly the same as we'd just paid for!) for our son, which was a bonus and we took it home.
I had tried to book multiple times on the lead up to our trip and had concluded that there was no availability. I randomly checked the booking portal again whilst we were in Abu Dhabi and there was a lot of availability for when we wanted to go, and they were letting people buy entrance at the door, even though the week before it was showing as sold out.
We tied it into a visit to Qasr Al Hosn and used the public buses, which stops near the ADNOC building.

The Observation Deck at 300 offers a stunning panoramic view of Abu Dhabi’s skyline and the Arabian Gulf, making it a great spot to admire the city’s beauty from above. The atmosphere is elegant, and the refreshments available are a nice touch to complement the experience.
However, the visit was marred by a few issues. Some visitors were sitting on the floor right in front of the windows, blocking the view and ruining photo opportunities, which was disappointing given the premium entry fee. Additionally, there were screaming children running around, which detracted from the otherwise serene and sophisticated environment the venue is known for.

This is what a high-rise experience should be.
No overinflated fluff like the Burj Khalifa and straight up to the viewing platform.
A true full 360 viewing experience, and not like the 1/8 view like the Burj Khalifa.
Great prices for the photographs taken by the official photographer and not ridiculously expensive for a package of photographs like in the Burj Khalifa.
The view is amazing, really really stunning.
We went during the day so I bet the sunset and night view would be equally captivating.
I couldn't mark it full mark because the cafe was closed and it would have been nice to have a drink and snack while looking out, sitting in the comfy chairs.
If the cafe was open this would have been a 5 star review.
But overall, I enjoyed the experience,
And after the observation deck we did have tea in the Lobby Lounge which was so good.
I recommend this.

We visited the observation deck at 5pm and the timing was perfect. We got photos of Abu Dhabi both before and after sunset. We had prebooked and had a little table and chairs. There's happy hour on selected beers and wines from 5pm to 7pm which was nice. Peroni was 20AED which was very reasonable. The staff were friendly but a little disorganised. We ordered two lots of drinks (a beer and iced coffee) which took a while to come on both occasions. It's a shame that despite booking people can just come up and stand infront of your table, some were really rude and someone even just seated themselves at our table. Overall its worth it for the views but a little more organisation wouldn't go a miss.

The views are amazing!! We went for afternoon tea which was average, very very sweet with very few savoury dishes however the food was good quality. Service was extremely slow but staff were friendly and polite. There is only one lift up and down so we had to wait around 10 minutes in a que to actually leave, but would recommend a visit just maybe not an afternoon tea.

Rupel was absolutely the best part of our experience! We ended a city tour of Abu Dhabi with a stop to see the views from the 74th floor of the Conrad Etihad Towers. We noticed the menu for afternoon tea and approached the gentleman at the host booth, Rupel, to ask if we could take tea there. Apparently you have to make reservations at least 24 hours in advance because they prepare for the number of individuals who will be dining. We got lucky. There were two cancelations, so we were allowed to partake. Rupel sat us at a table with a lovely view of the Qasr al Watan Palace. Rupel offered to take photos of us and he was very kind and made sure we knew the tea and coffee were limitless. He also came over and explained all the items we received once our tea was delivered. Twice. Since we forgot, so he had to come again and tell us all over. The food, especially the pastries, was very good. The sandwiches were not special, but they were tasty. The scones were really delicious and each pastry was a discovery. My favorite was the Yuzu Berry Tart. Great experience! The service was quite good. The pastries were excellent.

I had a last minute change to my booking and visited Observation deck at 300 later than planned. The staff were really accommodating especially (Marites) who took the time to show me around the dining area whilst explaining the history behind each view. Although the views were not as picturesque outside because of the weather Marites went above and beyond to take pictures of me inside the building. On top of that Marites also recommended the signature drink (Etihad Sparkle) and it was the best one I’ve had so far.
Overall I am beyond satisfied with the customer service and hospitality provided by the staff working on this day.
Would recommend anyone to pay a visit!

I went today ( 26 January) for afternoon high tea with my daughter as we are leaving Abu Dhabi soon and this is one experience we wanted to have . We had advised them a day in advance for a nut free high tea , however when we reached there, we advised them that the guest having nut allergy was not going to join us and if we could have a normal high tea? we were advised that all preparation for a nut free high tea has been done and it will not be possible to change. I was happy to accept as I thought they must have put efforts to make nut fee cakes /scones and other stuff , however what was served to us was no less than a joke. there were no cakes or scones ( something normally a high tea is all about!!) . They had served same cream and same fruits with same jam in different pots to fill the tray . it was very clear that no efforts were taken to give us the experience of a nut free high tea. Most of the deserts served to us you would find in the buffet breakfast .
it was simply below standard and we really felt cheated .
the only saving grace was the view.

Very beautiful view .
We opted for the meal with sandwich and drink. Count around 150 AED if you take sandwich, drink and dessert.
The desserts are very beautiful and good.
You can also take the tea/coffee package with pastries or pastries for around 55 AED. You are on 74 floors and you see the city in 360 degrees.
Nice place with nice armchairs.

I came here for the view, in all honesty I should have read the reviews before walking in down, I just wasn’t expecting a restaurant or declaration of a minimum spend. None the less, sat down and ready to squeeze in a second lunch. I’m travelling solo, I guess they know the spend isn’t going to be as much as it could be. Sat here for a total of 20 minutes before getting frustrated - two people in that time had asked if I had been served.
But, the view really was fantastic and like the majority of establishments here - chilled, clean and high class.

Thinking about staying here ... is this hotel alcohol friendly ?
Written 13 April 2020
All the hotels in Dubai sell alcohol for use on the hotel site/bars and pool side. Just don't get drunk or you could end up in prison. respect their culture and you will be fine. Dont look for alcohol bars outside the hotel. apparently there are some places you can buy it in dubia I haven't seen it . but beware if you buy it and get caught taking it your hotel

What times is it for High Tea? Basically, what time does the cost change to visit the observation area?
Written 3 February 2020
If we just want to visit the observation desk and rather quickly drink a coffee or eat a sandwich, do you need to make a reservation for that?
We're traveling with a 1-year and a 3-year old.
Thanks for your advice.

Geniet ervan.

Hello, hope you can help me. I would like to book a ticket for entry to the Observations Desk at Etihad Towers, but I can't find any lik to do that online. How did you book your ticket? I saw one option to book an afternoon tea, but it was much more than 95 AED ( I believe 250). I've heard that it's better to book it in advance, so I wouldn't want to leave it till the day of our visit. Thank you

Hi

How about parking? Is valet parking included in the price? Do you need to make a reservation to get the parking included?

I don't know because we came there using the Hop-on hop-off bus. I suppose parking is not included.
The best way to find out is calling the desk of the Jumeira hotel, in which the entrance to the observation deck can be found.
Have fun, it's worth it!
