This was part of a package tour. The museum had some very nice, different pieces (both paintings and sculpture), and was a pleasant way to spend an hour. It is much more than just Dali works, which are a very minor part of the collection (just as well, in my view)

Located in the Beverly Hills neighborhood of Punta del lest. The Rally Museum has a beautiful collection of Latin American art with paintings and sculptures, as well as temporary exhibitions. Is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 17 to 21. Entrance is free.

While included in the tour we were on, I was blown away by the amazing collection that this family put together. In addition to Dali and other well-known contemporary artists, the collection of Latin American painters, plus the magnificent sculpture garden, made the visit a WOW.

This is a great rainy day adventure. It took me into another dimension and my mind was bent afterwards, something like one of Dali's melting clocks. Outside the museum are plants and trees in a park-like setting with wide streets and very few cars.

This museum is in a great neighborhood, and a joy to experience. Small, manageable, truly interesting permanent collection....with a wee bit o whimsy. Worth a visit for sure!

Lovely but you should go with lots of time bc it's pretty big. The best art museum in Uruguay. Great artists are exhibited

I guess there is no super paiting artist there. But you will find a lot of paitings with all kind of styles, from many countries, mainly from South America. Definitely worth the time!

The tourist emphasis in Punta del Este is firmly on Casapueblo but the Ralli Museum has so much more to offer for art lovers. The attractive building is designed to display the artwork in a respectful and uncluttered way which allows ample opportunity to look at works of interest to you despite 3 or 4 cruise ship coaches being there... The Ralli Museum in Punta del Este is really a place worth visiting! We loved this museum. The layout is perfectly planned, both the indoor and outdoor parts. Certainly you should not miss this wonderful museum, that houses so many of Salvador Dali's works when in Punta del Este. The entrance is free. If you drive (or go by taxi)... More

This is a small museum built in 1988 that is not for profit, with no entrance fee. It includes Latin American art as well are pieces by Salvador Dali and others. Spend as long as you like walking among the statures in an outdoor display, looking at paintings inside the museum, and enjoying melting watches of Dali in niches.
