About
This park is a good place to get away from the crowds and bustle of Seoul. The cycling trails (bikes are available for rent) are popular as are the swan boat rides. And the views of the Han river and city are stunning.

The Hangang drone park is the only place in Seoul that you can fly a drone. Most of Seoul is a No Fly Zone (NFZ) . Other than that, the park is a nice spot away from the bustling city and great for taking a nice run or just enjoying the peace and the river view.

Just like most parks, basically a place where people come to relax, exercise, cycling or have picnics. Or to enjoy the breeze or sea views

Lovely walk. We went early on a Saturday morning and it was already a little busy. Guessing it must be packed in the day. Although it was still peaceful and we had a lovely walk. Nice views. Fresh air. Lot's of things for children and places to picnic. Clean. Use metro station Yeouinaru. As it was early, vendors had not set up yet but there appeared to be stalls selling food and drinks amongst other items. There were also activities for children and what looked like a mini pool as well as a ferry ride. Good place to ride a bike.

This is the place to be to get away from the crowd. It is a long stretch of park where there are locals cycling or jogging. Was pleasantly surprised to see sunflowers here. Really pretty and enjoyable.

We rented a bike and cycled along the riverside. There are multiple hangang park and we went to yeoido which is easily accessible by a subway and needs only 15 mins walk. It is opposite building 61 and has rainbow bridge. It is very clean and has relaxing ambiance. Really rejuvenating place.

It was great to be here hanging out and enjoying the spectacular river views. The atmosphere was warm...even on a chilly winter's day and the afternoon sun gradually dissipated the freeze in the air!

An amazing place to relax on a free weekend. Riding a bike by the river with your friends while enjoying the scenery along the river is really amazing! There are also many locals who do the picnics by ordering food delivery.

There are some walking distance (at least 10mins) to reach the park if you ride there by bus or metro. That is why some local cycling there to save time and evergy.
There are food festival during weekend, however till month Oct only, maybe due to weather. During night time, there can be very cool because of strong wind. No worry about food if you going during weekend (please check it out the status first, night close due to changes of weather). Overall, is a great experiences.

You can start anywhere along the Han river and cycle south all the way to Busan, almsot entirely on bike paths. There are concerts and other events on weekends at various places, like Banpo or Yeoido. Many people bring tents and order food at the park.

Hello,
Yeouido Park has inline skate rentals and it's close from Yeouido Hangang Park. They say 3,000 won for one hour.

How can I go to Han revert park from city hall

Hello,
I recommend you to walk from City Hall until Gwanghwamun metro station (line 5, violet color). From that station you need to travel about 15 minutes, only 6 stops. Get out at Yeouido station, exit 2 and you are in Hangang Park.

I'm interested in seeing the iseoulu sign, is that located in Hangang Park? Also, which would you recommend more, Yeouido Hangang Park or Hangang Park. I'm going to rent a bike and explore the area but can only go to one. Thanks in advance!

Hi! I Seoul U sign is in Yeouido Hangang Park. You can see Yeouido Park and Yeouido Hangang Park together as they are linked through a tunnel. If you have limited time, Hangang Park is more recommended as it is closer to the metro station, bike rental shop and you can enjoy the Han river(Gang in Korean) view with many buskers.

Is this the same as Yeouido Hangan Park? If different, which one is better?

I think there are 12 parks with name Hangang. Yeouido is one of them, relatively larger and nicer. Many activities are possible. Nowadays it is festival time there, blossom festival.
Which exit should I exit from to get to the park??

Hey man, I am in Seoul for a few days and I found a lot of information online about the park, but what is not clear is whether we need to make some reservation to fly our drone there. Did you have to reserve or you just went there? Thanks!

I did not fly a drone when I was there - so I am sorry, but I am unable to answer your question about the drone.
