Nice park to have rest from huge city. Easily accessible by public transport. Facilities like restroom are available, food and drink also possible to find. Better to visit on a warm day.

Thank you for your question. Congratulations on your trip to Seoul. Unfortunately early March may be too early and the blossoms won't be out yet. In order to enjoy the blossoms, you should be there mid to late April.
