We stopped here on our way to the Nubian Village. The gardens are well laid out. There are specimens from around the world. There are benches to sit and enjoy the view. I would spend half an hour to an hour here

The main highlight of this island is the botanical garden which is well worth a visit. Pick a boat from the right place, towards the town centre end , and it's only about a 30 minutes sail, wind permitting. It's then a very pleasant palce...More
