Witnessed the magic that is the wildebeest migration
Oct 2020 • Friends
Visit between August to late October when the Wildebeest migration is happening. Ideal location is Mara serena..it is not too far from Mara river. Early morning and evening game drives are great. You mwy have to wait a while to watch the crossing. Our guide told us it depends on many factors, do the animals feel safe and they also take time to decide. It is worth it though. The drive back to camp especially if it was an evening drive you will enjoy the sun setting.

Great Migration
Sep 2021 • Couples
The Mara River has its source in the South Western Mau forests of Kenya draining into Lake Victoria at Musoma in Tanzania and is about 13,750 km2, of which 65 per cent is located in Kenya and 35 per cent in Tanzania. The River runs through the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya and the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. It is a World Heritage Site and a Biosphere Reserve.
We were lucky to see a part of Great Migration and even crocodile eating wildebeest.

The best Safari Experience
Jun 2021
The Mara is undoubtedly one of the best Safaris I have ever had. I booked my tour with the professional Lbe tours (+254 710 239 929) and had the best safari experience of my life. The three days I spend at Mara were full of adventure and beautiful memories. First, I enjoyed seeing the lions, elephants, cheetahs, and Zebras that roamed the Mara. I literally had goosebumps all over. The beautiful and rugged terrain coupled by the lions that walked majestically as they waited for their next prey was refreshing. We would send the nights at MITI Mingi Eco Camp , a tented accommodation that summed up the magical safari at Mara. I thank Lbe tours for making this safari memorable and without any furore. I totally recommend their professional and affordable services. You can reach them through their WhatsApp no. (+254 710 239 929). Happy Safari everyone. Remember to enjoy yourselves!

Big cats so close!
Jul 2021
We went for the game drive very early in the morning and found a pride of 4 lioness lying on the road. We stopped and watched them - looked like they had fed. They strolled to drink water at the river. Two of them were limping meaning they must have struggled a big prey. What an spectacle!

Great place to be introduced to the “safari” process. You will see many of the species on your list.

A must!
Oct 2020
My last trip to the river, I stood on the bank when my drive yelled, "Look there!" I whipped around to see a crocodile gulp down a large black mamba that was swimming in the water. His tail went down last.
