Can't really describe how amazing the great wall really is. It is massive. Something you need to see to really get an idea on how big it is. The cable car ride to top was a bit scary as its an open car (not a...More

Not really the best of experiences, but you can't go to China without going to the Great Wall, and Badaling is the easiest to get to.

Lots of stairs! LOTS AND LOTS OF STAIRS. Work out before you go, seriously. Wear comfy shoes and enjoy the spectacular view. I went in the beging of April so it wasn’t really crowded and i got a glimpse of the snow.

Have been to Mutianyu so decided to try this well known wall to compare. I must say it was much larger than Mutianyu and much more commercialized. So many people, but was told it was off-peak and the crowd was considered minimal!! Anyway, good experience...More

We went with Lulu get to Badaling Great Wall. She provide the Audi A6 for my wife and me. She is professional and knowledgeable about the Beijing History. Good choice! It's a must to see in Beijing. But it's so crowded.
