We had a great time with Carlyle and our chef who guided our group through crafting delicious dishes and shared the joy of cooking together. The dumpling lesson was the funnest and funniest part of the night. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Myself and my fiance did a cooking class with Carlyle in early September. We had a wonderful time learning to make dumplings, sweet and sour chicken as well as real kung pao chicken. He was a wonderful instructor. We would definitely recommend his cooking class!
