After 9 years this place is very preserved, clean and beautiful! We were very impressed by the organization. You could feel the good energy of the Olympic Games of 2008! The Bird's Nest is something else to see! So big and gorgeous. If you have...More

After watching it on TV, it was pretty neat to walk around the place. All the buildings looked to be in good repair. We ended up walking around ON TOP of the bird's nest - that was pretty cool.

Easy access using the underground subway. There is even an underground shopping area connected by the subway. It is beautiful at night with the buildings illuminated. Great place for roller skating and skate boarding.

It was eye opening to visit the home of the Olympics and appreciate the vastness of the complex. The Bird's Nest was spectacular from the outside, but unfortunately, it was closed as was all other venues that made it only visible from the outside From...More

Beijing is a great place to explore history: Forbidden city, summer palace, the temple of heaven, and the Great Wall. You can learn a lot of about Chinese history from all these ancient places. Olympic Park is an exception to this. It stands as a...More

It is very convenient to visit this park as you can reach here by train. Recommended to visit during late evening to see the awesome stadium with all the lights on.

After visiting this stadium, albeit briefly, I could see why Beijing was chosen. I am unsure what legacy it has left on the citizens of China but it is an awesome site which is still popular and well used today. Well worth a visit on...More

Where possible, I always aim to do at least an outdoor run in each city i visited. Beijing wasn't high on that list due to its much publicised pollution problems. But it was a beautiful clear day after a few days of run which pretty...More

We guessed this was a must see destination, now unused and pretty deserted compared to other tourist sites, nice to see the venues and locations from the Beijing Games, nice place for a walk and a picnic

This park was built as a preparation for olympic 2008 of Beijing. Still there are some stadiums to see and some monuments that celebrate the olympic. Easy access via metro.

The air quality should be ok. I wouldn't bother with the tour. Just pay at the entrance and you can make your own way up to the roof. There might not be a lot to see though.

There was 1 shop close to the metro stop. They were showing a video of the olympics. We watched this to see how the sited looked at the time of the games but no idea what else they were selling.
