It's pretty touristy place, mostly Chinese tourists wanting to take photos here and there. It was pretty cool to see how noodles were made and how local people trying to sell stuff, but must say that this wasn't the best place where to buy handmade...More

Ciqikou was swarming with tourists and very dirty, but there were some nice temples and shrines in the peripheral area around it.

Lots of street foods but repetitive. Many stores were selling the same thing. We visited on a week day so it was not very crowded. Parking was a nightmare. We were given 2 hours which was more than enough to walk through the old town.

Was bored on a weekend during a business trip, drove here and wandered for a few hours. Nothing too exciting, not much worth buying. If you tired at staring at the same 4 walls, take a trip here and burn up some time.
