After enjoying the famous seafood restaurant, just take few mins walk to the harbour side, you will see lot of old wooden resident building and local food store. I love the sea side, you can see the beautiful Hong Kong Island East, and some local ppl fishing there. Don't miss the historical Tin Hau Temple, the decoration and building is... More

Lei Yue Mun is a place or area well known for the seafood restaurants. Seafood shops and restaurants are all over the place. From the selection of seafood, cooking style to the way the dishes are served, they are 100% local local. To be exact, customers can choose the live seafood in the shops and ask the shop to send... This is a nice place to take a walk in the late afternoon. There are old style provision shops and many stalls selling a wide array of live seafood kept in tanks where one can buy seafood and have it cooked at the restaurants in the erstwhile fishing village. There are some interesting rock formations along part f the coast... More

I go to the seafood restaurant several times a year. The prices have been up over the years. But the quality never disappoints me. When my overseas come to Hong Kong, I will take them here for dinner. We always have good time here.

Want some authentic seafood dishes whilst in Hongkong? Then forger about temple street!! This area is filled with seafood restaurants, prices are better than in Jordan, and the quality is much more better over here. Doesn't necessarily seem too touristic, which is a good sign but you might have difficulties with some restaurants on language barrier... Even though you were... More

When you get tired of the frantic pace of Central, Causeway Bay or TST, this is a convenient place where to find a calm atmosphere. I got there by ferry from Quarry Bay, though you may also go by MTR. In the evening or on week ends it gets very crowded due to the numerous sea food restaurants, but a... More
