A bunch of the guys from my college went to Sam's Tailor, and two of us ended up buying a suit and a shirt. Best decision we ever made! Yes, you can get cheaper suits in Hong Kong, but at Sam's Tailor you pay for high quality and proffesionalism. Shout out to the extremely skilled Tarzan, who helped us pick... More

Walked in at noon. Salesman listens to what I like to wear and when I plan to wear the suit and jackets I have in mind. Spends lots of time listening, helping me to select the fabrics. Measurements taken. Come back at 6:30 pm that very same day. First fitting is fine, a few alterations here and there. Return a... More

I have visited these guys before. They are incredibly friendly and very helpful with your selections from fabric to color choices. Bought 3 suits this time. I am very happy with not only the craftsmanship but also with the speed to make and deliver my custom suits (3 days).

When you are in Hong Kong, you have to pick up a tailored suit. As luck would have it, just before we left, the bottom had literally fallen out of two of my Oxford "always on sale" 60% off specials and I was in the market for suits. There are a number of choices for bespoke (mainly Indian) tailors around... More

Sam and Roshan have done an amazing job of producing all my shirts and suits for well over 15 years - although I have only visited them twice in HK. All my other orders have been organised from Australia where I live. The quality of the cotton and wool in my shirts and suits has been exceptional. The tailoring of... More

I visited Sam's in person and had a GREAT experience. In fact, to this day, all of the suits that I wear day to day are from Sam's. The fit and quality are great, IF you go to Hong Kong and get measured, fitted, and confirm the fit and quality of your garments. Upon return to the US, I've ordered... More

Dear Sir We were very sorry to hear that we had difficulties fitting your at-a-distance order correctly. It is in fact always more difficult to fit a suit without an opportunity to remeasure a client, and check the fall of the chosen fabrics against their current form and posture. We made the corrections and also, due to your long custom... More

We spent three days in Hong Kong (Kowloon) recently and decided to enhance our experience by getting a custom made suit, for which Hong Kong is famous. One of the highly-recommended tailors is Sam's Tailor, off Nathan Road. Definitely make an appointment; it can get really crowded (the store is tiny). Staff are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had the... More

I was a student from local university and was doing our honours project in shooting about stories on tailor. When we were doing scouting, the manager of sams tailor was extremely kind and helpful to free his 2nd floor shop for us to shoot for whole day. They even allow us to lend some of their fabric as props. we... More

Initial customer service was great, however the end-product and post customer service was appalling. During my second fitting, the guys at Sam's said the suit fit perfectly, however the sleeves were too long given, - The jacket sleeve covered the full cuff on my shirt, - The suit sleeves ended below the large wrist bone which is a no-no. The... More

Dear Sir We are sorry to hear that the required alterations to the length of our jacket sleeves are still pending. We have engaged in extensive correspondence with you on this topic. Since you want to complete the alterations locally to you in Sidney, we offered that the alteration costs be held as a discount credit on your next suit... More

We ordered a 3 piece suit and extra waistcoat for my boyfriend. In 4 days they made an amazing suit, impeccably tailored. Will definitely be ordering more :)
