I remembered the show contained “wow” factor when I watched it 10 years ago but watching it this time felt so different. No wow factor and personally feel that it wasn’t worth the time at all. Not sure if the bad misty weather contribute to...More

The skyline at night is worth many pictures. The “Symphony of Light” was a bit of a let down. Do get up high or somewhere to see the buildings, the boats and feel the atmosphere, but don’t expect too much of the light show. It’s...More

The Hong Kong skyline is already a cavalcade of lights once the sun sets with most of the large office buildings brightly lit up with some even having moving pictures on them. At 8:00pm sharp the Symphony of Lights starts which provides an even greater...More

We were very disappointed with the light show, perhaps because it has been 'hyped' up so much. We may have also been spoilt by spectacular shows in places like Disney World in the past. We got our spot on the 'Avenue of the Stars' along...More

The one hour ferry from central pier to tsim sha Sui is a nice experience by itself. The symphony of lights show is overhyped.

So I must start off by saying that I have seen this show so many times over the past 11 years, and have absolutely loved it! It's always been a highlight for me, and I was so excited to take my boyfriend to see it...More

Everywhere I went in Hong Kong I was advised to get to the Avenue Of Stars early to beat the crowds and for the best vantage point for the nightly light show in Hong Kong called the Symphony Of Lights. Starts at 8.00pm each night...More

If you happen to be in the area at 8pm then stand a while and watch. Don't make a special effort as this is very much over hyped. It may be better viewed by boat?

This had been built up as something really special so we made sure we took our place on the waterfront opposite the Sheraton Hotel, where lots of locals seemed to be gathered. In the event ,we were quite disappointed as it turned out to be...More

I’m afraid a few lasers just can’t compete with the amazing Hong Kong skyline. This lasts about 10 minutes and consists of lasers from about 4 buildings and some timing of lighting on buildings to music. But it was far from spectacular. Not worth any...More

I am travelling and do not have my Man Mo pictures with me. It is worth taking a look. Hollywood Road is fairly long and is close to Soho and Lan Kwai Fong areas. Personally, I would not go there especially, but combine it... More
