We visited Soho after a full day of sightseeing and it is a very vibrant area and deffo worth a visit, there are several bars with drinks offers and we ate at Al's diner which was great. Definitely should be on the list for a good night out.

Enjoyed this area, a good mix of bars and food joints so something for everyone. Very easy to reach if coming from Central via foot

If you enjoy meeting other travellers, tourists & visitors, and socialising at bars then this is the place for you. Lots of western food available. Has a good vibe. If you're not into that sort of thing, the area is still worth a walk-through during the day, it is very picturesque.

We took the mid level escalator and stopped off at a bar and had a meal, very over priced restaurants and bars in this area.

Soho is filled with many interesting spots, ranging from eatery, galleries, shopping and markets. Love the hill climbing pedestrian walkway, u can either take escalators or walk up the hill, it may be the coolest place in HK in my opinion. Tourists and locals can be founded here too, nice place to take Panaromic photos, and foods were everywhere. Overall... More

Hollywood road and surrounds in the Central district of Hong Kong is the place to be in the evening. This is the old, very "British" part of the city that has numerous drinking and dining options. Tremendous place to meet up with friends for an evening out. Good idea to start with a few drinks, move on for dinner and... More

Still in the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong Island, however feels a bit more like the locals scene, more comfortable for tourists, a few pubs that serve French breakfasts all day, English style pubs, cold beers, staff with great knowledge of English, reasonable prices, a fun trip up the mid level escalators will get you here, then a fun... Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
