The International Financial Centre is a remarkable landmark in Central. An integral part of Victoria Harbour, it was the tallest skyscraper in the city. The podium offers a nice (although obstructed in recent years) view of Kowloon.

This is a stunning building. beautiful to look at during the day or at night. We walked around the bottom and gazed at its splendor. Tall buildings have always fascinated me and this is a cracker. wish we had gone in.

Easy to get there from Kowloon - either ferry or train under harbor. very cheap too and quick. A lot of places to choose from to eat. very hilly on the island side.

When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies
with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The
area widely known as Central is the major financial
hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up
to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open
late into the night and there just happens to be a
