This is not a tourist attraction and certainly not something a tourist would actively seek out. You will probably encounter it if you take the taxi between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Many will probably skip this either taking the MTR or ferry.

If you want to return/go over to the Hong Kong Island side other than taking the MTR or Star Ferry, a good option is to take the Bus #102 at the Hung Hom Bus Station right outside the Fortune Metropolis Shopping Mall. People stand properly...More

Centrally located on both ends and cheapest amongst the three tunnels so that is why it is always congested. Either travel before 8am or after 1am, otherwise you will be stuck. Take the MTR if you are in a rush

Why the rubbish revues, its a tunnel for goodness sake, and an old one by comparison in HK, but the traffic to and from the island would be banjacked without it. It's not pretty, but I don't suppose that really matters, it is so so...More
