It was difficult to fairly rate this area as some of it was under renovation. Poor old Bruce Lee was under wraps and apparently undergoing serious surgery. The area that had been completed still lacked something even without old Bruce in full view.

Located by riverside of Hong Kong, it's full of wind and sunny. There's handprint stone where you can try your hand and take photos. There's also some statues (Bruce Lee especially). Nearby Victory Harbour and the cultural house, good view and background.
