Certainly impressive to visit. How many Chinese houses had hot water, showers and Western toilets in 1932? Refurbishment of furniture and curtains has been tastefully done, together with information boards in English as to Soon May-ling's early life, marriage and diplomatic duties. Soong Mei Ling was an extraordinary women figure especially taking under consideration times she was living it, so it was very nice to see her house and read some of her story. It was also a nice change from visiting temples all of the time.
