The staffs were helpfull and friendly. The toilet really need improvement. But its clean, though. For 5D theatre : it takes about 5... More

Although I'm Indonesian myself, going here is like going across Indonesia in a snap. One minute I'd be in Sumatra island enjoying myself looking at the cultural houses and the traditional clothing and whatnot inside, another finding myself at Java - listening to a cultural music being played. Three things to note when going to TMII: do bring your own... More

Mini Indonesia. It takes more than a day to complete this area. So many traditional houses here, from Sabang to Merauke. If you need any info, maybe for your study you can visit the traditional house to get more info. Also, they have theater, ballroom, bird area, castle, and many more

Beautiful architecture, statutes, artwork etc. But Dissapointed with the under-maintainence. The museum is a beautiful building but the exhibitions are from outdated 90s glory. The traditional buildings are not well kept. The food especially the local stall was great! But can be very expensive as their charge tourists with higher price! Expect heavy traffic from the city. Jakarta and it's... More

If you area visitor to Indonesia it is definitely worth visiting TMII. Here you can get a glimpse of the many different cultures from every corner of the vast nation of Indonesia, from building design structures to dress / costumes. There is also a Sky Ride that gives a magnificent aerial view.

Another boring stop for the standard formula tourist buses. Its not miniature by any means. They are larger than life houses. Supposed to be how the natives lived but except for the very naive it is obvious that these are glamorised and enlarged Disneyland type constructions of houses. If this stop is on your itenarary, know that its meant to... More
