I got the information about this place from the staff at the guesthouse where I stayed. He said the shop had many options of Yogyakarta souvenirs, from batik fabrics, batik clothing, silver accessories until wooden toys. And yes, I found this place was very interesting....More

They have a variety of items small to large. Also some clothes and jewellery. The selection is good. There is a lot of stuff revering to Javanese history and culture. Staff doesn't speak English, though.

We were very disappointed. It was the same stuff as at Maliboro street but more expensive. Just skip it. You better can go to the craftsman in their home.
