After some discussion in our group we ended up booking this trip from our hotel, The Canvas Boutique hotel. We were told to be ready at 7 am for transportation. Pick up time were supposed to be between 7 and 8. We asked the receptionist to check this and after a phone call we were told to be ready at... More

We were in a tour package when we sailed and snorkled around this bay... Honda Bay ( "honda or hondo" is a spanish word that means "deep waters")... Bring your own water sandals, snorkle equipment, some old bread for fish feeding to save some pesos if you can... The inclusive lunch buffet was served around 10:30am so a light breakfast... More

Had a great time island hopping in Honda Bay. Went to Cowrie, Starfish and Luli Islands. Snorkeling and relaxing, taking in the beautiful vistas was a great way to spend the day. Do this.

My friends and I, for the very first time travelled out of Luzon island with our families in tow to attend a friend's wedding. We decided to do Honda Bay tour since we are all in the same place at the same time. The islands on the tour were Starfish, Luli and Cowrie, all of them have white sand but... More

When you see all nice pictures from the island you will be disappointed coming there. There are hundreds of tourists and it is very crowded. The water is not clean and it is hardly any idea to snorkel around. Besides that the area where you can swim and snorkel is restricted. Visit Port Barton instead and make some islands hopping... We got on a tour which included 3 islands. The Starfish island, LuLi island and Cowrie island. The tour guide drove us to a rental shop first for the swimming shoes and snorkle gears because we didn't have them. We got to feed huge fishes in the Starfish island (make sure to carry bread with you so you can feed... More

Tried to snorkle here at Honda Bay. Too many rocks at shoreline to even get out to sea. Water was not clear, very muggy. I did not like snorklng there only because of the many rocks.
