Easy to find just rent a scooter and go. There is really no need to do any guided tours, as there are only a few main outlook points which you cannot miss. The place is packed with tourist..so be aware and don't expect a quiet place.

Make sure you get your timing right when visiting or else rain clouds may spoil your trip here. This place is packed with tourist so make sure you come a little early. With that out of the way, the views simply stunning! Chocolate hills as far as the eye can see!

It's well worth the trip up to The Chocolate Hills. They are quite unique in themselves and interesting to look at. The journey up from Baclayon takes you past some interesting lanscapes such as the mahogany forest and rice paddies. We made the journey by motor scooter which I wouldn't recommend for novices.

We made our own way to the Chocolate Hills on a scooter. Easy to get to and sign-posted. You have to pay an entrance fee to get to the viewing platform. The hills themselves are interesting and quite beautiful as landscapes go. The road up the viewing platform is fine and you can park you scooter there for free. To... More

This is really a beautiful place. I suggest a private tour guide if possible and keep in mind it is 214 steps up to the observation decks. Worht the trip!

Chocolate hills is one unending range of small hills that supposedly looks like chocolate mounds, when dry. Nonetheless the more exciting part was the ride from Tagbilaran city through Corela. Spectacular and traffic free provincial road is fun, even with a modest scooter. Its hilly, twisty and throughly enjoyable. The hills are an added bonus :) Downplay your expectations and... More

Alona Beach.

I have been to this place 3x but it never failed in the wow factor department. Always beautiful and mesmerizing. But be ready with your bottle of water as you will surely get thirsty while climbing the observation deck which is originally one of the hills.

This site is worth the trip...The view is as good as it gets on a sunny day. Untapped Jungle Paradise is worth your 200 stairs climb....I got a kick out of peoples' reaction climbing the steps. There are a few other nice stops as well on the way back or on your way there. I chose to do the Tarsier... More
