A must-see tour in Bohol... If you're going to Chocolate Hills, be prepared for a ride, since its over an hour from the port. I'd recommend using the restroom and grabbing a few drinks/snacks in Tagbilaran before heading out there. You'll know once you've arrived after catching that first glimpse of the smooth, round-top hills to the left and right.... More

It is a bit hard to clim all the stairs when you have a 3 year old on your arm :-). But the views are really worth it. We were there in December, so the hills are green. Good to combine with other attractions along the road, as the actual place is done in one hour. The Government run Restaurant... More

One of Bohol attractions that I will never get tired of visiting. Traveled to Bohol for more than 5 times already and I always made sure to visit the Chocolate hills. Such a beautiful nature wonder.

Chocolate hills apart from being really touristic it's something you have to see if you are visiting Bohol. A small fee to get there but really worth to pay it. We rent a scooter in Alona and got there after a 45 minutes raid. Great landscapes on the way.

When we planned our trip and decided to go to the Chocolate Hills, I was beyond excited! Then I talked to an acquaintance who told me they were "man made" and what a disappointment they had been. I was still excited, just not as much. Let me tell you ... I was blown away by how beautiful the view, the... More

As a kid living in the Philippines, I've always wanted to see The Chocolate Hills so it was a childhood dream come true when I was finally able to see them. Although they weren't "chocolate," the view was spectacular. You do go up several small steps to get to the viewing platform but the landscape was amazing.

Visited chocolate hills in Dec 2016 and it is such a nice place . A small fee is involved to get to the lookout but it is well worth it . Easy to get around and good for kids too. Make use of the blind massage if you have time .. I highly recommend them . Paul Wellington New Zealand

As we were staying in Pangloa Beach, the Chocolate Hills were quite a long (but scenic) drive from our resort, and were one of the highlights of the day. We visited in March, so the hills were not as brown as they can get in the height of summer, but they still stood out and looked extraordinary, scattered across the... More
