Plaza Independencia is a place where Fort San Pedro and the Veterans Market are located. It is near the Philippine Post Office Region VII and the Port Area. Friends, family and couples spend their time here chilling and bonding.

If you are interested in cebu's history, this is one place to be at besides the musuem sugbo. Do take a brief walk around the plaza as there are some sculptures and memorium. It is just next to the Fort San pedro.
