Just realised on their website that singaporeans are provided jacket and boots with the admission ticket. My family paid extra for them. I'm ok with paying for the jacket and boots if they were well maintained. But the fact is that the garments are all...More

Dont bother if you already have the basics of snowboarding and skiing, you can try out a lesson or 2 if you have not ski or snowboard before.

SportQuest's we're "too busy to help you and take your business" attitude meant we didn't even bother going for our kids to learn skiing for the first time. SportsQuest Admin / Emeline's iMac and their online customer experience were very disappointing.

Snow City is rather small and barebones in terms of amenities and features. As such, the one-hour play session is rather long, and excitement can easily wane after a few times on the slide. But if you fancy seeing and experiencing snow, particularly for the...More

Snow City give you what you look for, in the crudest sense. But apart from the freezing temperature, there’s not much to see here, not even falling snow. The slide was fun, although you can easily grow tired of it.

Inside is poorly designed, has 2 small rooms and a tiny slide to tube down. 15 minutes is enough to see the place. Plus there is a massive scam. You are not allowed to take your own photos inside, must use an official photographer. Then...More
