Well it was unexpected to find snow in singapore but there you have it.Its like a big freezer, the snows are dirty, and not thick enough to play around- but for first timer it may still be worth a visit.

Don't go on a public holiday, as it'd be very crowded. That means longer waiting time for everything: to get the proper jackets/boots/gloves and a deposit box. Inside the chamber, expect long queue for the ice slides. Crowded people also means less secure and less...More

Overall it is ok but its not a place that i would go back again. It is operating at minimal manpower.. nobody to assist the customers in choosing their winterwear.. all sizes thrown everywhere.. and most of the wear zip are torn... some are smelly.....More

Yes, You have to buy tickets but at discount rate for the kids. But you have to higher belongings like: boots, gloves, warm jackets also from reception desk with the cost of money. Even you can print photographs taken inside... More

nope phones cannot be used. however, there are professional photographers around taking photos of you. you can purchase the photos later.
