The walks work on a simple principle: to bring people into places most other tours don't. Graveyards, smoke houses, wet markets, gun batteries, the city’s best-kept secret places. You name it, we have it. Since 2003, the Walks led by an eclectic bunch of researcher-guides have taken locals and travellers alike off the beaten track, and entertained with an endless store of anecdotes that reveal the true heart of the city. Pre-booking not necessary!

We did the sultans of spice tour today. Amazing tour guide and nice family background stories you would not hear about when just visiting the place or museums in your own.

I bought a three day pass online so have done three tours in two days with one more tomorrow. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all three and must say how knowledgeable and enthusiastic all three tour leaders were - Hemlata, Geraldine and Nancy. I saw places I...More

Yes, I did some walks with them two weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed them. I think they had a new website a little while ago so you might be best to do an online search rather than follow what might be an old link. I bought... More

While not a formal tour of the hotel we did walk through some of the public areas and hear some of the history of the hotel as part of the tour.
