Took the bintan ferry for the Easter Friday long weekend and it was my worst bintan trip ever! The overwhelming crowd comes from different passengers taking different ferries to bintan and Batam and different ferry timings! Everyone was queuing up to board although their boarding time was up yet! There was no proper signage nor instructions, only for a couple... More

We arrived early thinking we would grab a bit to eat in the terminal. However, other than a single coffee shop there were no dining outlets. And the one coffee shop had closed at 7pm. It was amazing to see the number of Travelers approaching the coffee shop only to be turned away. Given the foot traffic I expected more,... More

This is how we cross over to Indonesia - Pulau Bintan - Tanjung Pinang 🌀 a frequent visit since I was young. You can get tix from SGD50 for a return ticket. Our usual choice of Ferry is the Majestic ferry ☺

I had a great experience here. Very efficient staff and the transit through customs was really seamless. Also the service for checked in luggage was quick and precise. Ferries are good, modern and fast. Overall great to have such an efficient service!

Excellent check-in. Journey to Batam is faster than HarbourFront only 30 minutes away instead of 45 mins.

Last minute short get-away and found all necessities in the terminal especially money changer! Usually it is not easy to find money changer in this town so finding one once we disembark was a relief!

Used this ferry terminal to go to Bintan after arriving at Changi Airport. It was a short taxi ride that took only 10 minutes from the Airport. The terminal has a few places where you can buy food and supplies. The shop right at the entrance selling pastries was very good. On the return trip we had to wait 15... More
