Signboards were clear, and the staff are professional. However, do eat before check-in as there is only one food stall available.

For Singaporeans, car park fees max per day is 24 dollars. Worth to calculate if it is worth it to drive there or public transportation. Not many shops there but there is a money changer and many ATM machines. Shops allow you to buy basic...More

Nothing much, just a few counters selling ferry tickets, a few souvenir shops, kiliney kopitiam (one in the common area, one after checking in), a Halal store selling Indian/Malay/Chinese food (limited seating capacity as well).

The ferry terminal was better than I expected. Though small, it is adequate with the neceesary. There was some shops within the terminal that allows you to buy the neccesity as well as having a food outlet.

Well maintained, fast and efficient service, no queues for the afternoon ferry. Lots of seats, although the first one i sat on was a bit wobbly so I moved to the next one which was much more stable.

There is no mrt, by taxi is the most convenient as it is only behind the airport technically. By cab it shud be less than 15 sing dollars as it is just a short distance.
