First Time Experience

Took emerald class and it was actually worth the upgrade. Short queue times and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd.

We spent the weekend in Bintan and enjoyed the Ferry ride across. My daughter was excited and loved that they put on Tom and Jerry. Will do again.

This is the ferry destinations for Lagoi resorts and it is at least 1 hr away from Tanjung Pinang. Standard taxi is IDR 440k! But if you can pre book a driver direct, it can be as low as IDR 350k. Don't buy things esp food in the souvenir shops. On Hagen daz ice cream cost IDR 150k!

Have taken this ferry many times through the years. Didn't find anything special about them except that they are very expensive. This year, we travelled with our aged parent in a wheelchair. The staff helped to lift her up and down the stairs & ramps where necessarily. On 27 Jan, from SIN-Bintan, our ferry trip was particularly unpleasant. The sea... More

You can't even look outside as the windows are "tinted/printed". Passenger are not allowed to roam outside (alfresco). We've just sit there and sleep. Bintan to Singapore: We got the... More

I visited Bintan a year ago, November 2015, and I forgot to review the service of Bintan Resort Ferries. So here it is: This had been my first time riding a ferry so I was a bit apprehensive and a bit anxious on being inside one. As it was my first time, I opted for an upgrade to an Emerald... More
