Fast becoming one of the most popular shopping destinations in the Orchard...

Fast becoming one of the most popular shopping destinations in the Orchard Road belt, the mall is situated right above the Somerset MRT station and boasts well-known fashion brands as well as great dining options.

Spread over a sprawling four storeys, ladies will enjoy the trendy and varied designs available at Forever 21’s flagship store, meeting the guys later at Cotton On to shop for basics, or Zara for designs from contemporary European designers.

Great malls with many F&B options, but nothing to shop. Hai Di Lao pot upstairs, many eateries at basement levels. Marche at level 1.

the indoor mall was a potpourri of mixed ethnic and cultural diversity that enabled us to experience on a small scale the city that is Singapore the shops and the vendors were all nice and helpful and the Coffee Bean in the mall was fantastic - the food was delicious and delightful and even Kosher !!!!

We walked around this shopping mall for a while and really did not enjoy the experience. There are a few restaurants on the ground floor and plenty of signs directing you to shops, which are difficult to find! The layout does not flow well at all. Would not head back here nor would i recommend it to others

313 is certainly one of more conveniently located malls in the heart of Singapore, even more so it's refurbishment and connection to the new developments of orchard gateway etc. You can find some great indie shops if you hunt around, and there are the staple big brands you would expect. However, outside of the food court there restaurant offerings are... More

This mall has a humongous foodcourt at the top level. Quite recommended to find varieties of food here. Also, they are decorating the mall with a Christmas decoration. It's Christmas @313.

Rather than it's shops, we are drawn here more by the restaurants it has onsite. There's a Marche here and also various types of cuisine to choose from. It's a great place to chill.

Shopping and Eatting Mall. Shop and Eat and Eat and Shop. There is a food store selling penang food. Their specialty is the "Blue Flower Rice" serve with fried chicken.

This is a really good retail/food complex with easy access to Level B1 from Somerset MRT. Today I had lunch at the Food Republic food hall on L5 - plenty of stalls to choose from - I enjoyed the Chicken Curry with vegetables, rice and roasted peanuts - not bad at all. On the way out I wandered down to... More

Every one has their shopping preference. Well i prefer 313 to Ion City which is far too big and yet feeling of claustrophobia 313 has space and ceiling sky high (well almost) which give a sense of SPACE ! Uniqlo has 3stories here and is mammoth ! on the ground floor there are a number of fast food including 4... More
