This is located next to the Peranakan Museum. It's near City Hall MRT station. It's a old shophouse that has been refurbished and now houses a theatre and exhibition space. Most people will come here to catch plays and exhibitions.

There isn't much to see from the outside, but you can take a quick look on your way to the Peranakan museum. I've been to see a few fairly alternative theatre productions here in the past, and from what I recall the interior of the building is also nothing particularly special.

Young budding artists also use this place for their activities. We dropped by the Substation at 9:30 am on a Sunday morning but not much was happening there then.
