About
Born from passion, and established in October 2021, Black Crow Taxidermy & Art [BCTA] combines Nature, Science & Art to create one-of-a-kind art pieces - filling the gap of creating an experiential & educational nature experience in our concrete jungle. Helmed by Vivian Tham, BCTA is the only taxidermy company in Singapore offering educational talks, workshops & pet preservation services. BCTA operates on a “no catch-no kill” policy with all their specimens and gives back to nature by conservation actions, donations & working with NGOs. BCTA works closely with various government organizations such as the Singapore Tourism Board, National Heritage Board and more to further advance the art of Taxidermy.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, explained everything well. the beetle frame workshop was fun! would be interested in others as well.

Totally enjoyed this unique experience. Was thoroughly engrossed in the 1.5h workshop where we were guided by our engaging trainer, Nicole. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a fun time that’s unlike any other.

I loved decorating the dom with the butterflies in it and the lady was very kind and helpful. Even though my butterfly wings broke for the second time, the lady tried her best to fix it.

Fun way to learn about animal anatomy! Did the butterfly workshop but you are surrounded by ethically - received animals of all kinds. Got to appreciate much more about the animals around us. Recommend the workshop for butterfly for beginners

Wonderful environment. Staff are friendly and informative. The workshop was very relaxing and easy to follow and really felt nice to appreciate the beauty of the butterflies and have some creative outlet with the decorations.
