This is the most iconic symbol of Singapore in my own opinion, others are just a copy cat and a new marketing strategy.

It IS the Singapore Merlion. It is smaller than the Merlion in Sentosa. Has a nice viewing bay to see Marina Bay Sands and one can walk up to Esplanade.

Lots of tourist around. But beautiful place overlooking the bay. Just hang around look at the view or take a cruise of the river and bay area.

Not a very promising place, but has a good feeler when you are at this place. There is a cool breeze, peaceful, offers you a cruise ride. Being a nation symbol for Singapore, its a nice place to take some clicks here.

The one which is situated in Merlion is the Mumma Merlion. One can have a bum boat ride in the river for the better view of Merlion.

More of a mini city than a neighbourhood in the
traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to
dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is
the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a
world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars,
and other attractions all geared towards pure
entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands
provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo

Hi! We're planning to go to in Merlion Park, can you help us how to get there? We are from Philippines and we don't know if we should go to merlion right after we arrived in the airport in the morning carrying our luggage since the check-in time is 2pm or should we go to our accommodation first? By the way, our accommodation is located in chinatown. Hope you can help us to decide. Thank you in advance.
