there are at least 7 levels and a lot of stairs to climb, but the view from above will pay back your efforts. in a hot day take some water with you or buy on your way up from the canines. Take your time, get pictures, enjoy the scenery.

I would definitely recommend this, but we were lucky with air quality the day we went (31st December- so maybe less smog as less people at work, as they were all in Valparaiso.) Wonderful view- enjoy!

It is a little bit tiring to go upstairs to achieve the top of this cerro, but when you arrive there, you have a very beautiful and interesting view of the city.

A lovely hill where the Spanish first founded Santiago. Worth finding and walking to the top for some great views.

We hiked up to the top. It was nice to escape the noise and commotion of the city for a while. Fairly easy climb.

My wife is from Chile and we met her godfather here an afternoon in januari. Very nice shadowy Park in the middle of Santiago with a lot of ice cream places. Nice viewpoint at the top, you get a great 360 view of Santiago.

Nice hill to see the city from above. Since it's an old fort you can imagine how it was in the old days. Really nice atmosphere 👍👌👏

We went to Bella Vista patio everyday that we were in Santiago. There is a gelato shop there and the gelato is some of the best I've ever tasted!! We tried several restaurants and bars and liked them. Shopping was good too. I felt very safe there and it was fun to sit and people watch. Most shop keepers spoke... More
