Heriberto picked us up from the celebrity cruise for a tour of Valisparisco! Vino del Mar, and the Casablanca wineries. He also provided a quick tour of Santiago before depositing us at our separate hotels. He was prompt and very helpful. Also reasonable price compared to the ship excursion prices. I highly recommend him!! It is better to call Heriberto... More

We spent 3 days in Santiago and a had a good time. Our tour guide went with us to Zapallar and surroundings which were great places to see! We also spent one day in the Maipo valley where we visited 2 different vineyards (Concha y Torro and Aquitania).Don't miss that experience. The tours were great. Finally we had a tour... More

I managed to get on this tour last minute. With that said, i need to be thankful but what a wierd day. The guide was a very kind man however it should be said that they need to replace him with a better driver, he almost hit three people on seperate occasions. Originally I planned to try to do this tour independently ourselves. I am so glad I didn't. This tour was value plus and couldn't be duplicated! Time restraints meant we had to take this tour on a public holiday. Despite most of Santiago being closed we were able to visit Vina Indomita winery on our way to Vina del Mar/Valparaiso.... More

We booked this company for private wine tours when another tour-company cancelled on us very suddenly. This was no problem for Itours, that put together a custom wine-tour for us of three wineries on the drop of a hat! I have very rarely seen such flexibility and servicemindedness! We got an experienced driver that spoke excellent English and told us... More

I was in Santiago for two days by myself and opted to take two private tours. Although not inexpensive, they were worth the experience. My tour guide's name was Juan and he was EXCELLENT, I'd recommend requesting him. He was very knowledgeable, spoke English well and is a lovely man. I did a 3 hour city tour with him and... More
