If you are visiting Santiago de Chile do not miss this view. Sky Costanera is as good as Chicago 360 viewing deck.

This was a must thing to do if visiting Santiago. The view is fabulous especially the snow capped Andes mountains. Worth the fee.

Breath taking views of Santiago and surrounds, including the magnificent Andes. At $40,000 Chilean Pesos for 2 adults and 1 child, it isn’t cheap but I wouldn’t miss it for anything if you are visiting Santiago.

You can see the whole town. That was cool. It's a nice building too. People do a lot of shopping there. I guess that's cool if you're into that. it was a little pricey. if you're visiting Santiago for the first time, it's a must-do

Taxis and Uber are very cheap. That’s your best option. I have no idea about public transport. I hope that helps
