Unlike most cities, which mainly have graffiti, this part of Valparaiso has the most amazing wall art. I really recommend it. Yes- there is the occasional piece of what I would call rubbish graffiti, but I would say most walls are covered with great paintings. Enjoy it!

There are nice Murals all over Conception and the rest of the UNESCO area. Note that this is a tourist attraction, not one frequented by locals. Also, be careful as there are some areas with thieves

If you book a tour or not: just stroll around these streets, check out the many street art and graffiti spots, get some great food and take pictures of all the colors around you. A must see and so much better then Santiago. One thing: watch your belongings. In our hostel alone 4 people were robbed in one week.

This street provides great views of the port and has many street vendors and nearby restaurants. There are benches there where you can sit and view the port. There is also a nearby museum that's free, the Casa Museo Mirador Lukas.

Is not a museum per se, but it's an amazing and unconventional look at what makes Valparaíso so wonderful. Tight streets, colourful corners and just plain awesomeness. As you walk around you will encounter great urban art form artists around the world.

If you're planning on visiting Santiago, you should definitely leave some time to visit Valparaíso and walk through the beautiful city streets. This area is so vibrant, with striking, colored houses, and street art (graffiti, murals, and artistic tiling). You can get a nice view of the city from this area as well, but even on a cloudy day, the... More

This is definitely one of the coolest things to do in Valparaiso. The area is surrounded by a ton of gorgeous art as well as beautiful graffiti murals. There are so many cool little corners that we found by just wondering around and I still feel as if I didn't see everything.
