Huge rip off, extremely expensive tickets for an hour and 50 min ride because they know you have to take the train. Then our train was 3 hours late and we received absolutely no compensation for it. Just a terrible all around experience.

It's okay because you don't have much options. In 21st century consumers should have much more options than inca and peru rail. It's a corrupt system

The price for the train ride to Machu PIcchu can't be justified, much like the $50 RT bus ride to the summit. The entrance fee to MP is ok, those who have the concessions to get you there should be opened up to competition or...More

I know I said it was expensive and I got the cheapest prices available. I'm from the United States and for the same price I can go double the distance. I guess it's just tourism.

The space of the seats should be a bit better, especially when we paid for a executive carriage seat. The travel was a bit tiring and not so comfortable. If you are tall the distance of the seats can be not good.

We were pleased with the service we had on Inca Rail. The snacks and drinks were a particular highlight! Hard to imagine how any competitors would provide a better value.

When I got in the train station it was very crowded and everyone was confused, even the staff had no idea when the train would depart. The rides of the day before had been cancelled and in the day itself the train was really late....More

I had to make last minute changes to my reservations. Theclady at the Cusco office was so nice and work with professionalism to solve our problems. I commend her for her efforts on my behalf!

Very expensive. Otherwise staff in the offices was helpful though not the hotline! Communication due to strike was not good!

No, it doesn't matter which ticket office you buy it from. We booked it online, and got our tickets from the Cusco office, although our train was from Ollantaytambo.
