If you want to go shopping this is it. All in one place. I went Saturday as its the biggest . It was busy. Bought a T shirt and a couple of loose black pearls for later making into earrings.

Most of the stuff is made in china and you have enough vendors selling them, but there is a few local places that you can actually get some souvenirs. And the food shops are nice

Market is open Saturday morning 8am till 1pm, it is bustling with all stalls open from arts and crafts, clothing and food. Only select shops open Monday to Friday and they are predominantly at the top end of the marketplace... More

Yes only Saturdays, try Muri night markets but it's a shame you won't get to enjoy the buzz that surrounds the Saturday fun
